The staff was willing to help, they care about everyone. The location was favourable, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Soriana.

The room seemed a little dirty.

The hotel was original and fairly clean, had great views of the beach. We had a buffet breakfast with lots of options. The rooms were new-fashioned and impressive, loved it.

I really enjoyed it, the hotel is fairly clean, has excellent staff and food. The room was beautifully maintained with balcony in new tower, had wake-up service, that's cool...

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

We loved this place, it has very good staff and rooms. The room met requirements, well-maintained on the 5th floor. Try savoury dishes served at the a la carte restaurant.

The place was clean and quiet, it had courteous staff who provided great service. Brand-new room with nice bathroom and balcony, as for instance and warm breakfast to start the day.

The bed was old, that's sad thing.

Tbh, had an excellent stay for their excellent service and warm welcome. I liked my stay from check-in to lobby bar with hot drinks.

Great stay in a hip new hotel. The room was bright with 2 double beds and balcony, as for instance. The lunch in Zeferinos Pizza within walking distance of the venue had every choice imaginable.

The place was neat, staff was obliging. There was an excellent bar with IMPECCABLE service. Its location was historic near the airport in Puerto Vallarta. .

Attentive staff and central location. It was set in a cozy area. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The airport was 0.5 km away. Poolside bar and very clean pool. Extraordinary hotel, my first choice in Puerto Vallarta.

The hotel was well-kept, its staff and rooms were ideal, I loved it. Comfortable bedrooms and great pool. The view of the ocean was exceptional. Got wake up calls for free, didn't expect that.

Amazing stay, pleasant place. Lots of food at American breakfast. It's compact with perfect beds and amazing views.

We loved spending 3 nights here. Pool bar was adjoining and overall clean. Bed was comfy, room was well-maintained and had a spectacular view.

Friendly location, surprisingly quiet deluxe king room. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a delightful view. A special thanks to managing staff, who was willing to help. Found in the downtown area. Also, it was near playa oro. Loved our stay at this very pretty hotel, it was really great.

Hotel is pretty clean, its food and rooms are wonderful.

Staff was kind, rooms are nicely decorated, and I loved absolutely perfect location. They made my stay special. Pretty good food at the a la carte restaurant. There was a small restaurant, a supermarket and a mall next door.

Wifi was missed. Facilities were basic, even so wi-fi was very poor. No instructions and the bathroom was cold.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. We really enjoyed the food and people plus the views were gorgeous. We were in the standard room with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private safe. Concierge was super lovely.

Close to a bus stop, convenient. This hotel was just a recommended base for vacations: )
